My Story
About me
Dynamic and analytical strategist, leader, and product management professional with more than six years of experience contributing to start-up, development, and growth of diverse organisations. Leverages market and consumer analytics to develop high-impact strategies, roadmaps, and plans – excelling within competitive and challenging economic climates. Customer-centric and dedicated to maximising global brand reputation, loyalty, and profitability. Strong cultural awareness and a global mind-set gained through a unique mix of international experience.
I was born and raised in Mexico City. Went to school there, graduated from college and began my career in the automotive industry, before moving to Edinburgh and pursuing my MBA.
In between that life span I have been fortunate enough to travel the world and meet new people, learning along the way from different cultures. As of now I have lived in three different countries (Mexico, Israel and now the UK) and all as impressive as the last.
I am a passionate sports enthusiast who can sit, talk, watch and play almost any sport. However, I do have my favourite ones... To watch its football, NFL, NBA, beach volleyball, and almost any sport in the Olympics. But to play, even though I try an play any, I particularly enjoy football, running, swimming, tennis, beach volleyball and snowboards. Most recently I have begun to learn Kite Surfing.
Another passion of mine is technology, I am fascinated by how technolgy has advanced in time. Simply by watching the new James Webb Telescope photos to the slightest of improvements we sometimes don't even notice in software. Particularly those that are for users to improve their day to day, from finding a lifelong partner, to sharing their stories and memories with everyone.
With this, one of my life goals is to be able to develop my own app that could help the world. Controversially said, I like to think of myself as a side-entrepreneur because I simply love the feeling of creating something new that will one day create an impact on another person's life. One of the projects I was involved which unfortunately did not take of was introducing the shared electric scooters into Mexico City. Unfortunately, the timing was not the best, but as a team we decided to cancel plan and focus on other things. But, thanks to the time spent working on this I learned a lot which I am now able to use in another situation.
I have recently been driven into the world of storytelling, signing up to some MOOC courses about the subject and about to begin a screenwriting short course for beginners. Everyone has a story to share, and why not help them do it. Which is another reason why I started my Instagram account Sounds_on_the_street, with the hope of sharing street musicians' projects with the world whenever I travel or see someone playing their heart out.
This is only a little glimpse of who I am, I will try and keep on adding and updating the webpage as often as possible to share more about me.

Fun Fact #1
After highschool I lived in Israel for a year, worked in a Kibbutz and among other things, travelled on foot from the Sea of Galilee to the Mediterranian Sea 🤪

I have lived in three different countries, and traveled to +50 countries... (and counting) 😁

In 2009 I represented Mexico in the International Maccabiah Games in Israel for Swimming. Reaching three separate final events 😉

I was born in Mexico, spanish is my native language, but somehow I think and count in english 😅

I love dogs, and have 4 of them, an Alaskan Malamut (13 y/o), Golden Retreiver (10y/o), a one eyed recue dog (breed and age unknown) and a small long-hair dachshund (2 y/o) (although only the dachshund was able to traveI I love them all)🐕🦺

Sports are a big part of me, and will naturally play anything... currently learning how to Kite Surf, but practice Waterpolo, tennis, swimming, running, bike, football, beach volleyball, snowboard, scuba diving; you name it I've done or played it 🏆
